Lots of Fun!

A few days ago, my sister and I went to Skyzone, an indoor trampoline playground. There are fun things like dodgeball, basketball, a foam pit, and just regular trampolines. Emily and I mostly went on the regular trampolines, but we did a bit of each. Afterwards, we went to see horses at the RCMP stables. The next day, I invited my friend Benoit to go to calypso. We did lots of rides with my family, and just the two of us. After that, I went to his trailer for a sleepover. During those two days, we went swimming, went for bike rides, played at a nearby park, watched some movies, played a bit of baseball, played a wide variety of card games, and we also ate s'mores. We both had lots of fun. That's all for this entry.

Visiting a bunch of friends

During this week, I pretty much went to multiple friends' houses. About five days ago, I went to my friend Benoit's house. We went swimming, played on his trampoline, just played outside in general, went for a walk, played on his Playstation and computer, and that's pretty much it. We played games like Minecraft, LittleBigPlanet, and Borderlands. The following day, I went to my friend Nicolas' house. We watched a movie about war where 4 people tried to survive against hundreds of opponents. They ended up just barely surviving with one of the four people staying alive. (I forget the name of the movie) We also played some video games. It was raining during nearly the whole time I was there, so we stayed inside the whole time. Right after that, I went to my grandma's house to play with my cousins. We biked, played soccer, and played some old Playstation 1 games. After that, I went to Bradley and Shane's house, where we went on the trampoline, played video games, and that's pretty much it for the day. Since I slept over there, the next day we played more video games, more trampoline, we went swimming and our grandma's house again, and did some other things outside. We then returned back to their house and watched a movie called Bad Grandpa. It's pretty much about, well, a bad grandpa. He does some really weird things, and is a terrible influence on his grandson. Since I slept over a second time in a row, we basically did the same things the next day except we went mini-putting with my dad and Emily. I ended up coming 2nd place, only losing to my dad. They then came over to my house for a bit until they got picked up by our grandma again. I then relaxed for quite a bit the next day since I was tired after going over to all these friends' houses.

Babysitting Tristan

Two days ago, I helped my dad set up the hardwood flooring in my room. I also helped cut the wood pieces to make them fit. That was honestly all I really did that day. The next day, I babysat my cousin Tristan. We played NHL 12, a "sea monster" game as he calls it, freeze tag, basketball, just a normal "monster" game, and much more. In the monster games, someone is a monster and someone else tries to not let the monster get to him. We both  had fun. Later that day, I was tired so I did some relaxing things like watching YouTube videos.

Going to the beach

Yesterday, I went to the beach with my cousin Alexia and aunt Yulia. We went on the swings next to the beach, played in the water and in the sand, and I had some water races with Emily. After that, we went to an Ikea store to get ideas for our new rooms. The next day, we pretty much just relaxed.

The baseball tournament

On Friday, I had my first baseball game from the tournament. We ended up winning by quite a bit. During the same day, I went to Alexandra and Tristan's house to swim for a few hours. We also played Just Dance, and did other activities outside. The next day, I had two more baseball games. The first one was much closer than the first game, we won 20-12. Even if it wasn't extremely close, I still had fun. After that, we had a break, so I had Subway, and had my friend Nicolas over for a bit. After that, me and him had our second game of the day, and we whopped the other team around 16-0. On the next day were the grand finals. It was a very close match, and we ended up winning 1st place by only 4 points. After that, our team had a pool party at Nicolas' house. We played basketball, swam, went on bikes, and even had cake! It was a fun night. Today, I went to Calypso with my friend Miguel even if it was pretty cold. We nearly did all of the rides. It was cold, but fun.

Painting Emily's room

Two days ago, I had a baseball game, in which I was first basemen the whole game. I helped with 3 double plays, and got 4 people out. In the end we won by quite a bit. The next day, I helped my sister get her room prepared for painting. I removed the carpet, some nails, and some other things that I can't quite remember. Afterwards, she painted her room in purple. That's it for these two days.

Canada Day!

This year, on Canada day, I didn't volunteer. Instead, I went to Vars for a bit and afterwards went to my Grandma's house for the rest of the day. I went swimming, and after that we ate supper and I got to play with my little cousins Lily and Alexia. I had a fun time. The following day, my family and I went to Calypso a bit, since we have our passes and we really like to take advantage of them. After that, we went to Dairy Queen and I had a chocolate Blizzard, which is what I usually take. We then dropped my mom off at her physio-therapy. While she was there, we went to Home Depot to get the painting things so that we can paint my sister and I's rooms. Afterwards, we picked my mom up once again, and we relaxed for the rest of the day.

Emily's birthday party

On Sunday, my sister had her birthday party for her tenth birthday. All of the younger kids threw massive amounts of water balloons at me. (Which was actually very fun.) Me and my twin cousins tried making a fire, and we were somewhat successful at doing so. Afterwards, we had some chocolate cheesecake, and it was the best cake I've had in a long time. (Not that I've had much cake recently anyways.) After that, my sister opened her presents, and got lots of clothes, a cake pop machine, a grip bag, and even an outing with Alexandra at Skyzone. The following day, I went to my cousin Tristan's house to go swimming. We had lots of fun. After that, we had ice cream and some more of that chocolate cheesecake. Me and him watched a Monsters vs. Aliens short which was about haunted pumpkins attempting to invade the world. After that, I went back home and pretty much relaxed for the rest of the day.

Calypso Once Again!

We went back to Calypso on Friday because the English schools were still in school, so we knew it wasn't going to be too busy. Luckily, it wasn't. I pretty much did the same rides as last time, maybe even more since there were less people. It was a lot of fun. I don't really have anything to talk about for Wednesday and Saturday.

A short but pleasant day

Today I had an orthodontist appointment. My orthodontist said that I could possibly get braces sooner than later. They took multiple pictures of my teeth, which was  pretty much all that happened. Afterwards, my friend Miguel came over for about the whole day. We played video games, basketball, nerf guns, capture the flag, etc. It was very fun. That pretty much wraps up today.

Calypso!!

Two days ago, some of my family members and I went to Calypso for almost the whole day. We tried various rides together and by ourselves. It was a lot of fun. The following day, I went to my friend Etienne's house for the day. We did lots of things like swim, play video games, play outside and much more. I honestly didn't do much more that day, so that will conclude this blog entry.

I'm back!

Well, schools over, so it's time to start blogging! As you all probably know, this year I started Junior High. I must say that it was a great experience; I made new friends, had some fun teachers, and I pretty much just loved the overall school year. It was definitely a big change from last year, since this school was a LOT bigger, with a much more organized schedule. I loved this year more than any of my elementary years by far.
At the new school, I joined lots of fun clubs and extra curricular stuff, like an "activity club" where we just do all sorts of different things each time, I joined the school band, did two math competitions, a spelling test (dictée), and I also tried out for the basketball and badminton teams. Our school band toured multiple primary schools, and we even had a concert at our own school. We were very good in each of those concerts. Our band also had a school end trip to La Ronde. I had lots of fun trying multiple cool rides, being with some of my new friends and best of all, missing school. For my actual school end trip, all of the 7th and 8th graders went to Calypso. I did at least half of the rides over there, including the newer ones. After school was all done for the year, I pretty much relaxed for the first few days, since the trip to Calypso came with some free sunburns. On Sunday, me and my dad's side of the family went to eat at Johnny Canucks, and afterwards, we went to my grandpa's memorial, like we usually do every year. Another long blog post

Recently, Me, Bradley, Sane, Jonathan, Ben, and my dad all had the meteor shower. It was lots of fun. We had a badminton tournament, we played on our ds's, we had smores, and lots of other things. The following day, we went to the Navan Fair. We went on lots of cool rides like the Extreme Adrenaline Rush, the Avalance, and some other fun rides. We also saw animals, played some games, and had some good ice cream. We had lots of fun. That night, we all slept over and our grandma's house. The following day, we played magic, and a pokemon game. On the next day, Me, my sister and dad went to splash. We had fun. The following day I had soccer, but it ended up getting cancelled. Two days later, I went swimming at grandma's. The following day, me and two of my friends went to see a movie on the beach. The movie we saw was the avengers. We also played ministicks and jackpot. The following day we pretty much just played at my house. Later that day, our friends Katie, Alex and Emma came over. We played skylanders, hide and seek, and some other things. It was also their birthdays, so we had cake and gave them each a present. On the 20th, I went to my new school for my orientation. I now know who is in my class, where my locker is, and some other things. A couple days later, I invited my friend Etienne to come over and play. We played on the computer, played with my air hogs, we played badminton and some other things. The next day, I went to skyzone with my mom. It's pretty much a huge indoor trampoline park. There was dodgeball, basketball, a foam pit, and just regular trampolines. It was super fun. The next day, I invited my friend Benoit over to play. We played badminton, the computer, on my tablet and with my air hogs. We had fun.

A long blog post

On July 30th, I went to my friend Etienne's house. We went mini-golfing with his sister, which was fun. There were lots of water traps and stuff like that. After that, we had a slushie and we went back to his house. We played battlefield, and we tried to record a hockey trick video. We were almost successful, until we had to leave for "Cirque du soleil". It was an interesting short Imax film. There were lots of people doing cool stunts. After that, I went back home to relax for the rest of the day. The following day, me and Emily biked over to Alexandra's house to go for a swim. It was fun, and refreshing. The next day, I went to my friend Miguel's house to play. We played with our "Beyblades", we played on our DS, we played basketball, ministicks, and some other things. After we were done, we went rock climbing at the Coyote gym with my dad and my sister. There were lots of cool rock climbing areas, including some where you don't even have to be attached. After we were done climbing, me and Miguel went to see The Smurfs 2 in french with his family. It was a good movie, it was as good as the first one. Afterwards, I went back home to relax. On Friday, I went to Friday night magic. I opened a mythic rare, and I almost won prizes. I just came short. On Sunday, we went to visit my little cousin, Evan. He was so cute! I also got to hold him. After we were done visiting, we stayed home for the rest of the day. The next day, me and my family all went mini-putting at "Golfland". I came in second, behind my parents, who tied for first. We had fun. The following day, I invited my friend Nicolas and Emily invited her friend Natasha over. Me and Nic played minecraft, we played on the Wii, and we had a nerf gun fight with the girls. I'm pretty sure me and Nic won. The next day, me and Emily went over to Alexandra's house. We made an American Ninja Warrior course, twice. They were both very challenging. We also made other obstacle courses. We also played cribbage at the end of the day. We also played some games like hide and seek, man hunt, and we bounced on a big ball with Tristan. We also swam in the pool for a bit. That was a fun day.

Going to Midway

Yesterday, me, Emily and my dad all went to Midway. We went mini putting about three times,. I won once and Emily won twice. After we were done playing, you would try and put it in a hole to try and win candy. We didn't win any, but it was fun trying. We also tried bumper cars, which was also fun. We even did rock climbing twice. I climbed three of the easy ones, but the others were hard for me. Emily easily finished them all, after all, she is a gymnast. We also went in the "Jungle gym" which is pretty much just a huge play structure with a bouncy tent. We played hide and seek, which was hard since it was pretty big. We also just explored around. After we were done, we went to eat. I had a hot dog, me and Emily shared a slushie, she had pogos and my dad had wraps. It was good. After that, we went to the arcade. There were lots of fun games, like pinball tables, games where you shoot rockets to try and hit a ship, racing games, and lots of other types of games. We had fun, and with all of our tickets, we got toys and candy for the way back. We had lots of fun at midway. After we were done, Emily went to gymnastics where we saw Alexandra, Tristan, Elizabeth and Grandma. Alexandra had class at about the same time, so they were just dropping her off. After that, we pretty much relaxed for the rest of the day. On Saturday, we went to the library, where I got two games for the Wii; Dirt 2, and Punch out. After that, we went to Wendy's to eat lunch, and after that we went to Costco to do some shopping. We also tried some free samples. After we were done shopping, we went home and played basketball. It was me and dad vs. Emily and mom. Me and dad won by a little bit. After that, me and Mom played a game of 21. I won 21-6. After playing basketball, we ate lasagna for supper and afterwards we played Clue. I was about to win, but I was one spot away from being able to guess, until my Mom guesses correctly. I was really close. After that, we relaxed for the rest of the day.

Drafting

On Tuesday, my sister had gymnastics. She had fun. I also had soccer that day. But, it ended up getting canceled because it started pouring like crazy. There was also some thunder and lightning. So, I ended up not going to soccer for the second or third time. The next day, my dad had a dentist appointment. Me and Emily just waited until he was done. After he was done, since his dentist's appointment was at the mall, we ended up looking around at some of the stores. We looked at EB games, gamestop, justice, entertainment ink, and some other stores. We saw interesting things, and we even got to try out a smoothie. It was delicious. After we were done, we just stayed at home for the rest of the day. On Thursday, Alexandra, Tristan, Elizabeth and grandma came over. We played the rubik's cube game again. After they left, we walked with them to our mailbox. After we came back, we had a magic draft. We all opened three packs each, and then we played. I came in second, my sister won and my dad came in 3rd. After that, me and Emily biked around the block for a bit. After that, we played badminton with our new set up badminton net. After we were done playing, we pretty much relaxed for the rest of the day.

Meeting my new cousin

On Thursday, I went to my friend Nic's house. We went swimming, we played Skylanders, Minecraft, a computer game called Happy Wheels, and some other fun things. We had lots of fun. The following day, Emily and uncle Steven both went mini-putting. Apparently Uncle Steven won. They both had fun. They also went to Dairy Queen afterwards. After they were done, uncle Steven came over to play for the rest of the day. We played Wii sports resort, Mario baseball and mario kart. We had lots of fun. The next day, me and Emily altar served in the morning. We had fun. After that, Emily invited Alexandra to come play and I invited my friend Jacob. Me and Jacob played minecraft, basketball, we watched big brother, we played jenga, scrabble we tried some kind of IQ test, and we played a game called monkey and monster with my dad and the girls. You had to find a rubix cube, solve it, and bring it back into a hoop without getting caught by the monster. The "Monkeys" always won. We had a fun time. The day after, I went to my grandma's house to pull some weeds. We also jumped in the pool, played at the playstructure, and I even got payed for pulling the weeds. Afterwards, I went to my aunt Christina and uncle Mike's house to go meet my new cousin, Evan. He was so cute! I always love seeing babies. It was fun. I had another fun weekend.

Playing tennis

Yesterday, I biked over to my friend Etienne's house. We went swimming twice, the first time we mostly talked and the second we played shark. We also played Battlefield, we tried to catch a bird (which we failed to do), we tried to make a youtube video off of a secret glitch on mario kart (which we also failed to do). We had lots of fun. After I left, we picked up my mom from the bus stop. A little later, we watched big brother. The following day, me, my dad and my sister all went to play tennis. After we were done, we played at the park for a little bit. A little bit later that day, we went to Alexandra's to swim. We swam for about two hours. That's all we did this weekend. Playing lots of magic

I forgot to mention in my last post that I went over to Ben's house to play magic for a bit. I had fun. We played a few games, we traded and yeah, that's pretty much it. The following day, I played magic with my dad (using my new deck). I lost most of the games, but I still won a few of them. I also received my new tablet that day. I went swimming at Alexandra's, which was fun. The water was really warm. Emily also had her first gymnastics class of the year. She had lots of fun. Me and my dad played a basketball game that we called "Around the world 21". You had to score a point from where the ball landed, and then afterwards score 6 in a row from designated spots. I ended up winning. It was really hot outside that day, so I was really tired by the end of it. That's pretty much what I did for those couple days.

A Fun Little Weekend

On Friday, we pretty much just stayed home all day. So, nothing much on Friday. On Saturday, me, my sister and my mom all went to see Despicable Me 2. It was a good movie. In my opinion, it was as funny, if not even funnier than the first one. That was pretty much all that we did that day. The following day, I tried the two new timbits; the caramel and the orange. They were both good, like they always are. I also went to my friend Benoit's for a swim. We also went on his went trampoline (which we sprayed). He also showed me some YouTube videos, a game called Dead Island and some other things. I had lots of fun. After I came back, I watched one of my favorite shows, Big Brother. So, I had a quiet weekend.
