Canada day

Two days ago, me and my dad went to Canada day close to the parliament to volunteer. We helped with putting kids on the fun train, and we helped give away the lunches. At one point, I was doing the lunches alone. We had a fun time, we got cheese curds, oreos, a piece of pizza and we saw all sorts of cool spray paintings and lots more! After Canada day, we went to my grandma's house for a BBQ. We also went swimming in the pool. After that, we went to the Alcid Trudeau park (the vars park) to see fireworks for Canada day. They were very cool and I saw a few of my friends. The day after I went to my friend Nicolas' to play. My sister also played with his younger sister, Maya. We went swimming in their pool and me and Nicolas played Skylanders. We levelled up my new characters and had lots of fun. After playing with him me, my sister and my mom all went for a run around the block. We did about 3.8 kilometers.

A day with my parents

Today I went strawberry picking with my mom, dad my aunt Christina, my uncle Mike, and my cousin Lily. We picked lots, and Lily liked putting hay in our baskets. Afterwards, we saw some animals and I played on the swing. After that, we went home and I played some badminton with my dad. We had a lot of fun. The three of us watched some swimming olympic trials.

Playing with friends

Two days ago, I went to my friend Etienne's. We went mini putting, and I lost by only one point. After going mini-putting, I went to his house and played. We played on the computer, and we went on his trampoline. He put a sprinkler under the trampoline which made it fun and slippery. After playing with him I went to my cousin Cameron's graduation celebration. We played some magic (a card game) and I tried his game called Diablo III. I had lots of fun and I played my DS on the way back. The day after I went to my cousin Alexandra's house to swim. We did a version of jackpot on the pool. We would stand on the deck, somebody throw's a ball high in the air and somebody jumps and try's to catch the ball. I also played catch with my cousin Tristan. And after that, during the evening me and my family went to the RCMP musical ride. Emily got to pet 3 horses. We arrived home at about 10:30 since there were a lot of people trying to get out at the same time.

Shopping

Today I went to my cousin Jonathan's junior high graduation. He won the class award " true sportsmanship". Before that, we went to wal-mart to get him a gift and to spend my gift card. I got 2 skylanders. After that we went to eb games. I thought that my gift card had $10 on it but it had $45 on it. With that, I got a skylander and a new ds game called "DragonBall origins 2". We also got a new wii, since our old one didn't work anymore. I also had a baseball game and my cousin Ben came too. We lost by a couple points. I am also starting to help for a study for kids health.

Clue

Yesterday I went to my sister's final gymnastics class in rec challenge. She did really well, she can now do a cartwheel followed by a double back handspring! After the gymnastics we went home and played 2 games of clue. I won both of them, the first I had no idea what the answer was, but Emily seemed to know and she was heading to where you can guess. She seemed surprised, she asked for 3 things and nobody showed anything. So I guessed before her and got it right. The game after that, both my sister and my dad guessed wrong so I won automatically.

Sleepover with friends

Yesterday my sister Emily did her gymnastics skill meet. She did really well, only needed to improve some minor things. I played dodgeball with my friend Thomas during the skills meet. After that, we went to Montana's to celebrate the end of Rec challenge. (My sister's gymnastics level) After eating, I went to my friend Miguel's for a sleepover. He also invited my friends Oliver and Tristan. We played Monopoly, watched Ice age 3 and played on our DS's/ Ipod touches. The day after we did a treasure hunt, played outside, played soccer, ministicks, our DS's, watched a bit of Daddy day care (a movie) and had lots of fun. After that, when I returned home, I played Bop it with Emily and my cousin Alexandra.

Lots of baseball

Today my sister played 2 more games for her baseball tournament. Her team came last, but they still did really well. I also went to church to altar serve. Not a very busy day.

Summer arrives!

Today is my first blog post this summer. Yay! Yesterday was my last day of school and we pretty much played all day. There were bouncy tents, slides, mazes inside carnival games prizes etc. And for the BBQ, I pretty much did the same things. After that, I had a baseball game. The opposing team had really fast pitchers, which made it really hard to actually hit the ball. I never got striked out, I only got walks. I think we lost by a couple points. It was a fun game. Today I went to my cousin Alexandra's to swim in her pool. I had a fun time, and I also played with my little cousin, Tristan. We also went to costco for free samples and to petsmart so that Emily could get some things for her hamster. She got a hamster ball, a home for it, a food dish and a chew toy. Looks like this summer is gonna be a blast.

My last entry this summer

So, this will be my last entry this summer. Thank you very much for reading my posts and ill be happy to write more next summer. So, my first week of school was so much fun! I had fun at recess, fun in the portable, (Yay my class is in a portable!)learning new things, and lots of other things! It was an awesome first week of school and ill never forget it!

A day just me and my mom

One day, (I forget when) I had a day out just me and my mom. We went to eat at East Side Mario's for lunch. We had some garden salad with parmesan cheese. It was so good that before I knew it, our meals were here. I had the cheese capeletti and my mom had the soup, salad and bread. I also had ice cream for desert. After lunch, we went to laser quest. We played 3 games and I came in 15th out of 28 the 1st time, 6th out of 33 the 2nd and 8th out of 37 the 3rd time. My mom came in 10th the 1st time, 5th the 2nd and 3rd the last time. We had fun, and even saw each other in the maze. After laser quest, we went to Tim Hortons to get my mom a tea, and some timbits to share with the family. That was pretty much my fun day just me and my mom.

Water!

Three days ago, me and my family went to calypso! We went on lots of different rides like the zoomerang, the boomerango, the blue rocket, the orange bobsled, the toboggan ally, the wave pool, the pirate ship, the jungle run, me and my dad went on the vertigo, we went on the blue slide that moves us around, we went in the wave pool and my dad went in the aqua loops and we went in the black hole. My favorite was the vertigo, because it's scary, fun and exciting all at the same time! The day after, I went to my grandma's house for a sleepover. I went swimming, played my DS, read a book, played on the playstructure, and rode a bike. The day after, I rode a bike, went swimming, well, I did the exact same things. The same day, I went to a magic tournament. My cousin Jonathan came 3rd and his friend came 1st. I came last but still had a ton of fun.

A day with my cousins

Today I started the day by having breakfast. I had chocolate chip pancakes with cheese and bacon. I thought it was delicious. After breakfast, I played with Bradley and Shane on call of duty for the wii. We had fun playing a bit together. After playing on the wii, I went in my grandma's van to go rock climbing with my cousins, Bradley, Shane, Ben, Jonathan, Cameron, and my dad. When we made it to the rock climbing, we couldn't go unfortunately because every child's parent had to sign a waiver. So, instead we decided to go to laser quest. We played 3 games of 15 minutes. I didn't do very well, but Jonathan and Ben were both always top 2. We had lots of fun. After going to laser quest, we went to Tim Horton's to have a snack. We each had 2 doughnuts. I had the apple fritter, and the double chocolate doughnuts. After Tim Horton's, we went back home to relax a bit. After relaxing, we went to soccer. It was raining, so it was cancelled and we went back home since it was cancelled.
When we made it back home, me, my dad and my sister read a chapter of Harry Potter. The chapter was about Harry entering his "wizard" school for his first time. After reading Harry Potter, I played on the computer until it was time for bed. What a fun day!

Going to lots of places!

Quite of few days ago, I went to my cousin Ben's house. We played magic, we watched youtube videos, we played on his playstation 3, we traded cards, and had lots of fun! A couple of days after, I went to my friend Miguel's for a sleepover. We played our DS's, the computer, basketball, ministicks, we ate supper, had some water and even played with his sister. The next day, we played lots, and even got to go to cosmic adventures! We had fun in the park, and played hide and go seek. We even played the games in the game section. Miguel got a jackpot on game game which got him 252 tickets. The best I got from a game was 50 tickets, but that's hard to get for me. We had so much fun at cosmic, that it was time to go already. I went back home for the rest of the day to relax.

The canal

Yesterday, I went to the canal to take a walk. We saw boats, ducks, and all kinds of cool things! It was so much fun, that my legs got so tired because of how fun it was. We also went to the Parlement building to have a tour. We saw all kinds of cool rooms. We even saw the library! (which was my favorite part) The library had so many books, lots of people working but because they were working, we had to stay silent in the library. After the tour, we were free to look around in the Parlement. We saw the people that died for us in wars. We also wanted to see the clock tower, but the elevator was broken. After seeing the Parlement building, we walked on the canal again. We saw a fountain, and we made a wish by throwing in a penny. I wished to do good in grade 5 next year. After the canal, we went back home to relax our legs from all of that walking. The next day, I went to my cousin Ben's house. We played magic, watched youtube videos, and played call of duty on his playstation. After going to Ben's, I went to pick up my mom from work. We went to tim hortons to have a little snack. After the snack, we stayed home to have fun and enjoy the rest of the evening.

Sleepover and soccer!

Two days ago, I went to my friend Miguel's house for a sleepover! We played our DS's, we played mini-sticks, we played a bit on the wii, we played basketball outside, we played on the computer, we played with our beyblades and we played with his sister Vicki. Wen had alfredo for supper. We had so much fun. The day after, we did the same things, we had lots of laughs, and had so much fun! We even played "going to school" with Vicki. After the sleepover, I went to soccer. We won 2-1. Lots of people fell down, which was very funny. After soccer, we stayed home to relax for the rest of the day.

The meteor shower!

Two days ago, all my cousins Bradley, Shane, Ben, Jonathan and Cameron came  over to watch the shooting stars. Even my friend Miguel came over to watch them. When they came over, we had a badminton tournament and I came in last but it was still fun. We also had a water balloon fight, and played capture the flag with the water balloons. We had a "pass the water balloon" game. We just had to pass the water balloon on the other side of the badminton net. But if it pops, you're out! After that, we had a soccer game and we won 5-0. They wanted a rematch and we won 1-0. After soccer, we went to eat. I had a hot dog and corn on the cob. After supper, we had fun blocking basketball shots. After basketball, some of us played our DS's. We played pokémon. After the DS, it was time to look for shooting stars. Nobody saw any, but it was still fun looking for some. We even made s'mores! After looking for shooting stars, we went back in the tent to play our DS's. Before we knew it, it was getting really late. So after a while, we decided to go to bed. The day after, we ate breakfast. We had chocolate chip and banana pancakes. After eating breakfast, we got ready. We had a magic tournament, and I got 2 mythics out of 3 packs. (Mythics are even more rare than rares) I finished in 2nd place, but everyone did well. After the tournament, everyone had to leave. But what a fun sleepover!

The Navan fair!

Yesterday, I stayed at home playing until we went to the bank and Canadian tire to get some things like money, and other things. After shopping, we went to the Navan fair! There were lots of fun rides! After looking at the rides, I saw some friends and my cousins Shane, Bradley and Jonathan. They were going on a ride that goes very high and turns in circles. I decided to go with them. It was so much fun! I also went on lots of other rides that went high, low, slow and fast. I also went on lots of rides with my friend Brendon. We went on one that went 100 kilometers per hour! After riding, we ate supper and then we played some games. Me and Emily both won a stuffed animal, and we had lots of fun! After the Navan fair, it was already time to go to bed.

A cool circus!

Two days ago, I went to the circus with my grandpa. It was my first time going to the circus so I was very excited. Before the circus we went to mc donalds to have lunch. I had a quarter pounder.
When we entered, we saw people jumping rope, elephants giving rides, and lots of other cool tricks! After the circus we went home to relax for the rest of the day. Yesterday, we just stayed home all day to relax because our soccer was cancelled due to the rain. We played all kinds of fun things!

Soccer with my cousin!

Two days ago I had a soccer game. (which will be the only thing i talk about in this post) And, my cousin Ben was allowed to play with us! He was the goalie the whole game, he made lots of stops and we won! It was the best soccer game ever!

Fun with family and friends

Three days ago, I went to my friends, Katie, Alex and Emma's house for their birthday party. We had a pillow fight in their beds, we swung on their swings outside, we played with their toys in the toy room, we had some special cake: a cake pop! It was cake stuffed in white chocolate. After the party, we went with my cousin Alexandra, her mom, my grandma and my family to go see the movie tangled at place d'orleans. Before the movie, we went to get some popcorn. I chose the salt & vinegar flavor. After the movie, the day after, I went to my friend Nicolas's house. We played with our nerf guns, we went swimming in their neighbor's swimming pool, we played on the computer, we played basketball and all kinds of other things! After going to my friend's, my grandma and my great aunt Therese came over to my house for a little visit we they just talked with my parents and my grandma. The day after, my family and my aunts, uncles, cousins and grand parents all played a baseball game. It was kids vs parents and the score was 13-13. It was so much fun. After the fun game, we all went to my cousin Alexandra's for a BBQ. Me and my cousin's went swimming twice, played magic, played "man hunt" and lots of fun things. After the BBQ, we all went home and relaxed after all of that playing and running and talking.
